Work is for the birds.
It is amazing how much one can accomplish when you have a week plus away from work. Even more can be done when there is two of you.
Andrea has taken the lead on prepping our basement for the treadmill. We’ve stripped the old paint from the floor, prepped the concrete and tomorrow we will add the concrete leveler to get an even surface.

I’m not a New Years Resolution kinda guy. However, there are things I’d like to accomplish starting now. I’ve already made a post about my new workout schedule. Next year is lining up to have some good races in Q1 and I expect to best my old times in every race. Namely because I just signed up for an early March trail (15 miles) which will follow my 15 mile Louisville Lovin...

Tomorrow we get the treadmill Andrea’s mom is buying us for Christmas. Andrea has worked hard on the basement, painting and getting everything ready for our workout room. I have moved some plates down but still need to move my workout bench.

So…I am tired and sore. This past week and what’s next:
Last Saturday, 1 hour cardio/kickboxing class
Last Sunday, 2 hour spin class
Monday, 30 minutes on treadmill
Tuesday, 1 hour CardioKickboxing+
Wednesday, a bit of treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike
Thursday, P90x CardioX (~48 minutes)
Friday, nothing :(
Today, 1 hour BodyPump and 1 hour Cardio/Kickboxing class...
