Good week
I had a Great hilly 8-mile run today. I felt strong and had a nice, comfortable pace up until the very end.
Earlier this week, since I can’t remember what I’ve blogged so far:
Sunday: run & 2 hr spin
Monday: 45 min spin
Tuesday: CardioKickbox
Wednesday: rest (coffee/sushi with friends)
Thursday: lifted heavy
Friday: rest (saw a play at Actors Theater
Saturday: aforementioned 8 miles
I am looking forward to tomorrow’s spin class!
