Lovin the Hills

Good news, everyone! I beat last year’s time! 3:13 versus last year’s 3:40 (I misremembered this as over 4 hours) to cover 15 frozen, grueling, hilly, beautiful miles. It was probably because I knew my lovely wife was waiting patiently for me to finish so she could leave the cabin full of trailies. See below

I don’t like trail runners as a group. I’m sure that they’re perfectly nice people on their own, but in groups they blast Phish and invite their stinky dogs to climb all over people who are trying to sit quietly and enjoy their coffee.

Edit: things are much better after you’ve had your coffee.
