Food
One of my friends is taking classes in Nutritional Science (she has a degree in Excercise Science already) and I will be one of her lab rats for an assignment. I don’t know all the details yet but I best get in the habit of recording what I eat. I probably won’t post it all here and will use an app instead, but for now. This does not include any espresso or coffee I may have had.
So far, today:
Oatmeal w Protein Powder
Banana
Crunchy Peanut Butter on 2 pcs wheat bread
Apple
Sweet Potato
Pb & Honey on Wheat
Glass of 2% milk
Oven roasted chicken breast
4 handfuls of almonds
Glass of whole milk
Yesterday as best I can remember:
Oatmeal w Protein powder
PB & honey on wheat
1 Gu and 1 Luna bar
Chicken Gumbo Soup and sleeve of saltines
Banana
Chicken Pad Thai and fortune cookie
